Groundworks

We carry out groundworks and drainage packages for most of the major housebuilders. Some of the contracts are quoted as all risk lump sum packages managed from start to finish including any foundation solutions that may be required (Piling, Stone Vibro Piling). We also manage the procurement of pumping stations both foul & surface water on behalf of clients
We also specialise in commercial/industrial works such as the construction of office blocks and factory units, constructing ground slabs, ringbeams, steelfixing and placement etc. Most recently work on the construction of floorslabs and drainage for the new academy at Pennywell in Sunderland on behalf of Balfour Beatty.
